In our second story: After the first attempt at a family photo ended in disaster, Billy’s mum is determined to get a new one. This means the boys need to look smart… but that won’t be easy. Billy’s second adventure chronicles his journey to the hairdresser and his first haircut. Expect heaps of new characters, stylish daydreams, and more lava cakes than you’ve ever seen!

Authors notes: We learned a lot writing book 1 and, naturally, we forgot almost all of it as we wrote Billy’s second adventure. 
We still improvise our writing, taking it in turns to write a few sentences before passing it over for the next few lines. 
Just because we’ve known each other for 30 years doesn’t mean we know the other one will do, or write, next- so expect twists and turns as well as plenty of silliness.
