In our first story: Billy, our adorable main character, sets out on an intrepid journey to the shop. Seems simple, right? Well… you’ll see. Expect tantrums, bravery, and a dose of parental love as our little dragon ventures out alone for the very first time.
Authors notes: Our first attempt at writing an improvised children’s book went surprisingly smoothly. We worked through the book a few lines at a time, taking it in turns to drive the story forward- adding surprises and heart-warming twists. With 30 years of friendship under our belts, we figured we’d have the mental synergy to create something fun, silly, and sweet. Most importantly we wanted to make something we could read to our nieces and nephews, something they’d want to hear again and again. We’re very happy to say that we succeeded in our mission and we hope you enjoy this story as much as we enjoyed making it.
